How to use Kerri Klean Laundry Powders: Use either warm or hot water. If using cold, mix your powder separately with some hot water, use as directed per your washing machine. Step 2. Add the powder directly to your washing machine before adding laundry, both for a standard and HE washing machine. Side note for hard water homes: add a half cup of white vinegar to balance the pH level. Vinegar works as a natural fabric softener.
